In the Parks and Rec episode, The Camel, Leslie and the team are trying to come up with a new idea for the "out of date" mural in the town hall building. As she puts her rag-tag team together, we quickly see everyone has their own ideas of what is "good" art, but no one shares the same ideas. When they cannot come to a decision, they decide to blend them all together, only to create a bigger mess.
After they get a lovely review of their work, Leslie forces the team to pick a neutral drawing that invokes no feeling from anyone. After realizing that this drawing isn't as special as the mess created by them all, Leslie dumps the idea and just wants here friends back. They did not win the new mural submission contest, but no team did.
